My care at Wellesley Spire Hospital under Mr Kalkur was exceptional and exceeded my expectations of private health care ( this was my first experience) I would definitely recommend Mr Kalkur and everyone that helped with my treatment at the Wellesley. To see the consultant was arranged very quickly, i received an in-depth consultation, Wellesley and Mr Kalkur made regular contact before the operation, my care was amazing on the day and discharge was thorough with what to do if I had any issues after (which I have not needed). I’m very grateful to Mr Kalkur for performing Laparoscopic right salpingo ophoretomy in a short time from me making contact for private care, this has meant I can now start Hormone Therapy Treatment for breast cancer.

I was referred to Mr Kalkur by another gynaecologist for a full hysterectomy. From day one he made me feel so at ease and explained everything in full detail. He arranged for the surgery to be done within 2 weeks of seeing him. Everything went well and I was home the next evening with all of the information of the surgery, findings and after surgery care and what to expect which was all made very clear to me. He was very kind, sympathetic and all in all I would highly recommend him.

Dr Kalkur was extremely informative prior to my surgery. He performed key hole surgery for endometriosis. He was extremely responsive after my procedure when I made contact. I would highly recommend Dr Kalkur.

I recently had a full hysterectomy as I had multiple fibroids which was causing my stomach to swell up.. I had seen other reviews of Mr Kalkur and felt confident that he would be able to advise and help. I was really pleased with the result I had a keyhole hysterectomy, very neat and tiny incisions and he was very reassuring and helpful throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.
